Dissatisfied with the traditional contingency model, we felt that there had to be a better way to recruit. With our combined agency and corporate experience, and a fresh approach, we believed we could bring organizations not only a greater value for their dollar, but a superior customer experience.
Specializing in recruiting healthcare professionals, HCEP quickly garnered attention for our unique approach to healthcare staffing – and customer’s response. As the business grew, IT division was incorporated to accommodate the increasing demand for IT professionals in the healthcare industry.
